How CDMS helps to service TMV

Our CDMS platform includes a built-in TMV servicing module that meets HTM standards, making it easier than ever to schedule and manage TMV service jobs. With our intuitive interface, you can quickly add TMVs on-the-fly and ensure that your facility remains in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Our TMV service module adheres to HTML standards and is fully customizable to capture key parameters. It validates these parameters against previous records and reports whether the check has passed or failed

Following are few key parameters

  • Photo TMV insitu
  • Hot Rerturn Loop temperature
  • Hot supply temperature
  • Cold supply temperature
  • Mixed water outlet temperature at maximum flow (X)
  • Mixed water outlet temperature at 50% flow
  • After isolating the cold water supply, is there any water flow after 5 seconds?
  • Leaked water volume (mls)
  • Photo TMV dismantled
  • Mixed water outlet temperature after water supply restored
  • Isolation valves fully open
Note: Other parameters can be added as required.

Photos

Our system includes a feature to capture photos of TMV before and after service.
The photos can provide a visual record of the condition of the TMV before and after service.
This feature can assist with quality control and documentation of service performed on TMVs.
